Returns are never a good thing, not for you as our customer nor for us as a company. But in case you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, please let us know by email within the first 3 days of reception and we will efficiently solve your problem. If the return application can be approved, we will help to make your return as quick and painless as possible. For sure, the product should be returned in the same condition as you received it, complete with original price tags and packaging. Please note that ‘Sale’ items cannot be returned. Shipping costs from us to you or vice versa are non-refundable.

Already registered previously? Just login and start shopping. Add products to your Wishlist or directly to your Cart. When finished, check your order. You can still add, change and delete products at this time. Proceed to the checkout page, pick your delivery method and proceed. We offer secure payment.
We are currently shipping to the European Union and the UK. We may ship to other countries, but only on request, so please send us a mail. In Belgium and The Netherlands, shipping is handled by Bpost. Other international orders will be shipped by DHL. When the requested product is in stock, your item(s) will be shipped according to the shipping method you have selected on the checkout-page. Please note that Dogs Department cannot be held responsible for any delay since we are working with third parties.
Shipping costs will be calculated on your order checkout page, according to your location.
Every order is handled with utmost care. Should you still encounter a problem with your order and have a complaint about broken, lost or incomplete items, you should send us a mail within the first 3 days of reception. As you will understand, we cannot accept liability of any damage due to delay of one our shipping partners.
Once we have received the product and before refunding, we will check its state. When all is ok and it is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and we will proceed with the refund. This might take a few days. If your refund is exceptionally late, please send us a mail via email@example.com and we will check its status.
